Cancelling

You can cancel a plan at any time from your account. It will not renew, and you keep your access and credits until the end of the period you already paid for.

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in Brazil, you may withdraw from an online purchase within 7 days of buying and receive a full refund, as the Consumer Protection Code provides. Buyers in the EU and UK have a similar 14-day right, which ends once you ask us to start the service (for example by running a test) and it has been provided.

Outside those periods

• Monthly plans are not refunded for the current month.
• Yearly plans can be refunded within 30 days of purchase, minus the value of the credits already used.
• Extra credit packs are not refunded once any of their credits have been used.
• If a test fails because of a technical problem on our side, its credits are returned automatically.

How to ask

Write to support@example.com from the email address of your account. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 10 business days.
