Terms of Use
Last updated: October 10, 2026
Draft. This text has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer and is not final.
These terms are an agreement between you and Company name to be defined ("StratSave", "we"). By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
1. What the service does
You choose saved lists of videos about trading, and the browser extension sends us the videos in them. We extract their text, summarise it, write trading rules from it, run backtests of those rules and give you a report with an automated verdict. The service is a research tool. It is not financial advice. The Risk notice is part of these terms.
2. Who can use it
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract.
- One account per person. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for what happens in your account.
- The information you give us must be true.
3. Plans, credits and payment
- Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in your account, and you keep access until the end of the period already paid.
- Each plan includes a monthly balance of credits. Testing a video uses 100 credits and a deeper look uses 200. Unused plan credits carry over for one month and then expire. Credits bought separately do not expire.
- Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred and are not refunded when unused, except where the law says otherwise.
- Credits are taken when a test finishes, whatever its verdict, because the work is done either way. The amount shown before a test is an estimate. A test that fails for a technical reason on our side is not charged.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
- We may change prices for future periods. We will tell you before a change applies to you.
- Refunds follow the Refunds page.
4. The videos you send
- You are responsible for the videos you send us. Send only content you are allowed to access.
- Videos belong to their creators. We do not claim any rights over them and we do not republish them. We store text derived from them (such as a transcript and summary) and our own analysis.
- If you use the browser extension with, or connect, a social media or other third-party account, you do so by your own choice and at your own risk. You are responsible for complying with that platform's terms. We are not responsible for any action that platform takes on your account.
- If you own content and want text derived from it removed, write to support@example.com.
5. What you get and what you may do with it
- Reports, code and settings files produced for you are for your own personal use.
- You may not resell the service, present its output as financial advice to others, or use it to make claims about a named person.
- The output is produced by AI and may contain errors. Check it before relying on it.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law or anyone's rights while using the service;
- try to access other users' data, or probe, overload or bypass the security of the service;
- create multiple accounts to obtain free trials;
- use automated tools to submit requests in bulk without our written agreement.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
7. Availability
We work to keep the service running but do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. Tests take time and are queued. We may change or remove features.
8. No warranty and limits on liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we give no warranties about it, and we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect damages. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms removes rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.
9. Privacy
How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Ending the agreement
You can delete your account at any time. We can end or suspend your access if you break these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as limits on liability) continue to apply.
11. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without limiting any protection you have under the consumer law of the country where you live.
12. Contact
